// Vendor Pricing Index

Vendor Pricing Index: 500+ Enterprise Software Vendors A to Z

The complete vendor pricing index for procurement teams. 420 vendor families, real discount benchmarks averaging 22 to 33 percent off list price, dedicated pricing pages, and named negotiation guides for the contracts your CFO is reviewing next quarter.

Sample basis: 10,000+ enterprise transactions across Oracle ULA exits, Microsoft EA renewals, SAP S/4HANA migrations, Salesforce ELA expansions, ServiceNow tiered subscription packs, Workday subscription units, AWS EDP commitments, and Google Cloud committed use discounts. Time period: trailing 36 months through Q1 2026.

How to read this vendor index

Each vendor row links to three artifacts. The Profile column points at the vendor overview page, where the product family, contracting model, and current commercial posture are summarized. The Pricing column points at the pricing benchmark page, which carries the discount range we observed for that vendor over the last 36 months, broken out by deal size bracket and segment. The Discount Negotiation column points at the negotiation playbook, which captures the named contract mechanics, the levers that move price, and the giveaways we have seen sales leaders use to close inside a quarter.

Discount ranges on this site are stated as observed ranges, not averages. We publish the band, the sample size, and the time period for every benchmark. Where a vendor uses an unusual commercial model, such as the Oracle Unlimited License Agreement exit certification, the SAP digital access document tiers, the Salesforce ELA mechanics, the ServiceNow subscription pack model, the Workday subscription unit pricing, the AWS Enterprise Discount Program commitment structure, or the Google Cloud committed use discount math, we say so on the relevant vendor page rather than collapsing the data into a single percent figure.

If you are preparing for a renewal, see the renewal benchmarking use case or run the numbers through the ROI calculator. If you need a vendor comparison, see the head-to-head pricing comparisons. For category-level discount norms, see the benchmarks index.

What is not in this index

This vendor index is the procurement-facing surface of the VendorBenchmark library. It does not include the open transaction data set itself, which sits behind NDA in the platform. The discount ranges shown on individual vendor pages are the procurement-safe summary of that data. The full dataset, including deal size brackets, geographic cuts, and quarter-by-quarter movement, is exposed to subscribers and to advisory engagements only.

If your vendor is not in this index yet, that means we have fewer than five comparable transactions on file. We add vendors when we cross five qualified enterprise contracts. Submit a recent proposal through the proposal intake and we will add the vendor to the library and return a benchmark inside 48 hours.

Where the data comes from

Every entry in this index is backed by named transactions. We collect proposals, order forms, and renewal artifacts from buy-side teams who run the data through us to benchmark a specific deal. We anonymize, tag by vendor, product family, deal size bracket, and quarter, and report ranges only once we have at least five comparable transactions. For the biggest vendors, the Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, AWS, Google Cloud, Adobe, IBM, and Broadcom families, the sample sizes are larger than 100 transactions per pricing page. For smaller vendors, sample sizes are typically 5 to 25 transactions and are stated on the page.

Read the full methodology for sample composition, tagging rules, and how we handle outliers. The methodology page is the single document our procurement readers send to their CFO when they want to vouch for the numbers.
